QNC ran on nothing FAS will run on 5 major factors

1) MR Gates as director 2) We closed debenture 3) CEO subscribed and now owns a bigger % of FAS 4) We paid off all debt remaining at $0.05  5) MAJOR NEW DEALS WILL BE COMING FAS DIRECTION
