Could be brodalumab, ixekizumab, secukinamab. All moving ahead in Phase 3, each could be looking for approval in the next couple of years, possibly. Apparently there are subsets of IL-17 so one or two ...more

Macfaust, my guess is that the drug referred to in the BBC article is most likely to be one based on IL-17 inhibition like the new IL-17 inhibitor MABs that are in Phase 3 testing for psoriasis.   ...more
