Let's not forget that the way this share buyback was structured has set a temporary ceiling on the share price. Once this is done and the share count has been reduced I beleive the share price ...more

7% return on about 20% of your investment so net return is like 1.4% = 20% x 7%, because you are only getting like 20% of your total shares bought back. The risk is if share price falls by more than 1 ...more

a 100 share trade early morning drops this to $3.81 and 35,000 shares traded afterwards only brings it back to $3.84.

yeah they've used about less than 10% give or take max of their non-core assets to buy back 15% of shares outstanding at $4 per share. Doesn't that say anything? also if everyone tendered ...more
