VERY LOW VOLUME FOR A WEEK OR MORE.
For those averaging down and buying need the price to be lower then $12.55. On the other hand sellers need the price as high a possible above $12.55. Hard to do.

I don't Agree with what yellow is doing. How about the share holders who paid $18.56 in July 28/14, Even trying to average down buying again in 2017 for $4.59 a share still a big loss at $12.58

What your saying is if you start with 1000 shares yellow buys 30% at 12.58 leaves you with 700 shares at 12.58. Everyone ends up with the same % as before or do your remaining shares have a higher

Sorry but your logic is flawed. Buying more shares at a price higher than $12.58 and then losing 30% of those shares is an additional loss. Your overall average price might come down but
