I don't think there is any further dilution yet as the shares had already been issued but just held in escrow but I'm pretty sure there will need to be further dilution to fund getting the ...more

The fda Consultants shouldn't get anything. They advised the wrong number of clinical trials and wasted an attempt at approval. To me they didn't do their job so shouldn't be paid.
