I can say that there is no way that Bill Lupien is on the side of the Chinese thats for sure. Whether he is looking for a cool 10% or a much higher payoff from holding out and not tendering his stock ...more

Either way we have a better chance that the stock is in good hands.  If he doesnt tender along with the other major shareholders they may not get shareholder acceptance. How much does JJ need to ...more

SEDI reporting

Going back to 2008 I do not see any share ownership for JJ, in fact the only large shareholder I see is Lupien under control or direction for Kudu and that just happened in the last PP. So, question ...more
