Quebec is a mining friendly jurisdiction to Qubec companies.  Unless GEM is able to conduct all business in Quebec in French we are dead in the water.

Is kimberlite not and indicater for diamonds?  If you find a kimberlite pipe you likely have diamonds.  Check out RJK explorations.  They have a diamond play near Cobalt On.  Great ...more
