I was thinking closer to $5 million in the .10 - .15 cent range. So closer to 35-45 million shares with warrants no doubt. 50% of 5mmcf/day (pre-frac) at $4.85 gas will cash flow a bit but not much ...more

"phenomenal" really? if BUK raises 1Mil and PXM raises 1Mil that is about %9 dilution for PXM, unpleasant yes, phenomenal not really. Basic math it's your friend when investing. I ...more

Did you ask how all this construction will be funded? The dilution on an .08 cent stock raising a couple million bucks would be phenomenal.  Is anyone else concerned?

Compression Station Was Not Denied

There was a problem as to who was the authority too license same.Problem is Idaho has no oil and gas agency in place.Meeting due in June and final in July.No apparent public resistance according ...more
