joint venture or toll milling vs. merger

a jv with cyl is vastly better for sgi than a merger. giving away 80% of the company in a merger to access marymia is obscene when sgi already has 40% access to marymia without merger. a simple toll ...more

Invest234, I have zero faith in current sgi Board......the main pit deeps project, imo, was a ruse to exhaust our working capital, not waste it but exhaust it, and thus justify the cyl bs. Let me ...more

1) feb. 23 announcement to apr. 7 shareholder of record to vote is only 1.5 months not 3 months. 2) 6 mil shares traded out of 123 mil shares outstanding is not that much, so long as the NO voters ...more

WE have just won an epic legal victory, and Chris makes a joint nr with cyl, who LOST, TO US, 40% of their vango purchase in that legal case,  saying this is a victory for both companies. NUTS ...more
