The oil is moved from the main site to the pump station with a barge, so that would account for the fluctuation. These numbers are used by the state for taxes, so they are all inclusive and always ...more

I followed the link you posted and it states that Mays average is still 14,023 bpd. Where did you find May 4th's production numbers?
