That's my understanding too. That's also how Teuton through it's e-letter presented the significant potential/ value of its TC NSR... TC NSRs are literally pure gold :-) :-)

Assumptions:  We anticipate that 90% of the gold in a resource will be recoverable.  Of that remaining 90% we then deduct an estimated 10% for cost of transportation of concentrate to ...more

no it is not accurate... it is a 1% royalty on the smelter return. NSR = Net smelter return. The cost of mining the gold would be deducted off your number for sure....

I know it's not short selling because the short interest on the iiroc on the 5/15 report was less than 7,000. It seems there are no such thing as basherts on this board - only pumpers.

The NSR agreement would typically be transferred to the acquiring company, but could also be spunout or sold. Don't know the particulars in this case.
