My guess is if the Shareholders are going to vote, they'd want to know how much of a hit they'll be enduring. That said, I can see why voters would opt to wait until last minute to cast

Thanks for your response. I don't see another reverse split for 5 to 1 would help the stock in near term. I doubt the deal with the Chinese is that straight forward....these guys are ruthless

You would be able to transfer your shares to the Canadian register and trade them on TSX. But most probably the company will apply for pink sheet and you would be still able to trade in US dollar

Got my proxy today and in the circular it says the proposed share consolidation is in the range between 5 and 7 . Hope this is useful info.
