This partnering with Siemens could be good for us.The US Navy/ armed forces will always be buying made in USA.However , the rest of the world  goes out of their way not to buy made in the USA..

Why do you say the timing sucks? Had they been awarded this contract earlier, it would not have prevented the company from being delisted. OSI is a penny stock and it should not be on the TSX ...more
