I believe FFO missed consensus by a penny or so and markets are rough on any misses. Quarter was decent, G&A expenses ran hot though from some bonuses or whatever that they're giving ...more

Was ripping at 3pm

$15.91 almost hit $16....then she tanked.  Big volume, looks like some MM pumped and dumped

PMZ still looks cheap

Given the NCIB is firing from FFO and if they can hit 0.40 cents FFO in 2023 it should be easily around $18/share
