Review what just happened to Cannimed holders.  They were promised $12.86 per share and the stock trades less than $8 a share today. ACB value has been called "monopoly money" by the ...more

i think you're seeing some concerns on the ACB side with respect to dilution and this deal not being voted through.

The combined ACB-LEAF monster has current revenues of $27,450,000 last qtr which dwarfs Canopy's $21,700,000.  I believe Canopy will jump to $40+ once listed on the NYSE giving it a mkt cap ...more
