Had a trade of a 6 acres townhouse site in Abbotsford at 1.7 million an acre. I think Silverdale is carried in the 90k an acre in the book value. Huge difference and margin of safety.

Got a marketing email, they sold 10 in February. They will likely move to start services for a new phase, this will be done in a couple months. New phase will be in the Central.
