Next quarter (3rd) will likely be much better than last year from probably down about $700,000 in EBITDA and $800,000 in AFFO from 2nd quarter. These are the historical downturns in the 3rd quarter ...more

LOL. you and I buy this stock in the hopes that they can get earnings to 4 cents a share and pay us a dividend of 2 cent quarterly. That would make me happy anyway.

Bid is stuck on 38 cents despite the good quarter. Why do I buy Rodney Dangerfield stocks that get no respect? They're good companies but value traps.
