Only junior oil royalty

First payment in July while we trade below book value , 58 cents and growing.. Last deal wrapped up 1000 acres , we can see many wells drilled on acres like this, best part we spend nothing and take ...more

I can only guess how many deals the board must see monthly. Today we offer many oil companies a cash infusion they need to fund any drilling project. Great time to be holding the cards...

Oil demand increased anothey 1.3 million barrls

Last report shows lower oil prices only increase demand. With low Rig counts and storage numbers dropping, we should have oil stable around 60 dollars. Most believe 70 dollars will be the normal price ...more

Only junior royalty !

Over the next year we should break that 1000 bopd number , giving us the size to metrics to grow from cash flow while maintaining our payout. Anything under 40 cents is deal,

We should have 51 wells feeding our cash flow with some nice land packages, let's hope they drill a couple wells this summer. With no cost to us ! CHA -CHING !

April we traded at 40 cents ?

We are trading at a 2015 low with a divy coming ?  By fall when oil moves into 70 dollar range buying now is a easy double !

Deals done from 39 cents to 66 cents !

trading at 28 cents today upside looks good , with all our deals way above our trading price, wait till the cash divy kicks in. Not sure who would sell at this price when they get paid to wait..

5 to 6 million cash flow ?

Using average numbers from al 3 deals I would expect our cash flow around 5 to 6 million dollars.  If we see a spike in Nat Gas prices I would think 8 million is a better number, but I would ...more
