probably a day trader making a buck on the half penny fluctuating. there's no other reason to invest in this company that has been slowly dwindling into oblivion

Does anyone know why OEE's market cap is under $3 million? Seems very low. I thought Internet of Things was a big thing for the present and in the future. Any feedback will be great.
