I'm voting NO, of course. I see no trading in SGI at all on tsx-v. Bid question, HOW DO WE STOP THIS STEAL ?????????

Plutonic mine need to be merged with Degrussa mine then we get real operational synergies in personnel, mining equipment fleet, purchasing etc. Furthermore degrussa and plutonic tenemente to southwest ...more

SGI appears to be worth more now, Catalyst less.  It's up to SGI shareholders to vote no to Catalyst buyout of SGI and help ensure that the true value of SGI is realized.

and cad to pay for closing of canadian office, lawyer fees, cad bank advice, and merger closing costs. can save all those merger closing costs by just skipping merger/robbery.
