First: Why did the latest FS (dated June first) was released in july only 2 days before the new takeover offer. This was insider information and was surely used by Almonty. Second: I want to know why

No interest in Woulfe
There is apparently no interest in Woulfe except the bid from Almonty. There is a clause in the proposed agreement for Almonty to counter offers from others if they appear. There have been no offers
