If they can pull off $2+ a share for these assets.  Everyone was under the assumption the buyout price would be $1.10-$1.20.  The suspense is killing us all!!    Also waiting ...more

Possible NOVUS news out of Hong Kong on Sunday Night

The time diference between Hong Kong and Toronto is 12 hours (ahead). The Hong Kong Stock Exchange starts trading at 9:30am local time which is 9:30pm Toronto Time. Hopefully YangChang petroleum ...more

If the buy out price is $500 M, then it is likely the purchaser would be assuming the $73M in bank debt, so that leave only $427 for the shareholders.  Still not a bad deal. I like it.

..NVS could easily issue a release without any binding statement, such as 'we have been approached, etc., there is no guarantee, etc, etc.'  As to price rumour, it does seem high but some ...more
