I guess you are kind of right. Sagard Capital has been buying on behalf of the Desmarais Family Residuary Trust. So, is PSG part of Sagard's portfolio proper, as you have indicated, probably not ...more

My thinking is very simple...   The Desmarais have appointed Daniel Friedberg to the Board and the guy is a star... I am sure they have a masterplan behind this important move!
