Usually filed buys every week, but they missed the last 2 weeks, last file was June 21.  Despite filing the NCIB for artis weekly.   Are they buying or blackout?

I concur with this however owning artis provides a slight hedge and furthermore with CAD reits all in the gutter to buy with decent upside its not the biggest deal.  I would think $26 might be a ...more

That we all made a pi$$ poor decision and the most likely outcome is a hostile bid.. just a question of how low and when.. no way this is just recovering to 40 in next few years
