RE:RE:January 18 is the date for shareholders of record

RE:January 18 is the date for shareholders of record

RE:RE:RE:Dividend

Foreign stock holders most likely get dinged with a withholdinh tax on divdends from a companu out of their country, like Canadians get with holding tax treatment on US dividends.

RE:RE:Dividend

This is misinformation. The stock will trade with due bill rights. You have until February 1 to get the dividend.

RE:Dividend

Well, I keep buying because I see very good value ex the $15 cad dividend . Right now, it's saying the remaining two assets are worth just $11.50 or so a share. That is way off the true value ...more

Dividend

Weird question but why wouldn't people load up this week and Feb 1 once divy is paid dump it all, are people worried about large decrease in share price come the 1st?

RE:RE:Current share price

Thank you. I had not realized that but that would explain at least in part why we are trading well below fair value, aspecially as the record day is next Monday.

RE:Current share price

I think it is foreign shareholders selling; most foreign holders are better off with a tax friendly capital gain rather than a foreign dividend.l

Current share price

It is signifucantly below fair value. We have a couple of bumpy quarters coming, which might explain this discount to fair value
