FFO and AFFO Indicates this should be atleast $4

Current AFFO cashflow is around 0.45 cents a year. At standard 10X AFFO valuation used for most REITs, this is around $4.50.

On the bright side, the loss is substantially less than it was.  They say "over 140 basis points of sequential occupancy improvement".  I hope they are charging more.    ...more

Yes it seems like a good deal...thanks to those who dug their heels in and refused first offer. You can buy 1000 for 840 today. In January you get back 440 plus a bit of interest back so 450. And you ...more

Post conversion, this prices the amended debenture at 71... seems cheap to me.

It's a much better offer now... Still think the conversion price is too high. With the higher interest rate, a little better conversion rate ($4 USD) would have likely had the debenture trading ...more
