Its a joke that this seems to be opening lower. By the numbers you have to think they should garner at least $4.50 per share.

What price does management want

My guess would be $4 per share while they got offered $3.25 as a starting bid. Hence Im hoping they meet in the middle $3.5-$3.75 would be nice.

we are trading at $2.8

Which is currently only 2x 2014 estimated cashflow of $1.38. Absurdly cheap!!

WTI $107

TOL was using $90 this year and next. So we are 18% higher then that. Cash flow per share next year is estimated at $1.15, bump that 20% and we could be looking at $1.38 on the back of these ...more
