Superficial Loss...that the reason why some investors could sell this stock before year end to get a loss to offset other investments gains this year and then buy back 30 days later hoping the stock

It will no doubt fluctuate, but I think the price is attractive right now. I can't see how they could be a victim of tax loss selling though.

I agree...shorting does not make sense at these levels...I am just saying that the price is likely to pull back a bit over the next few months and then it becomes an attractive buy
