So they pay a little more. Half the money they pay is from theft of BELL Copperwire. Also all prisons are privatetized,the companys that run the prison get redicules $$$$ form the governments.

I have a lot at avg $45.20
Need to consolidate 10mil to 12 million or more shares traded between $46.75 - $48.20 before moving north. NOT selling until $50 and only half.

RE:BCE bottomed at $42.58, was $44.11 July 15th, over $47 today
Posted this Aug 1st, BCE still slowly rising. Hihger highs and higher lows says upward trajectory to me.
