My best guess is CXT will not trade again and the newco will as soon as the amalgamation is complete..Dundee Securities has been at this forever as a company and will not sit on there hands. This ...more

Heard the circular should be out soon. At this point it may not trade, it's already Jan 16th and the vote is early Feb. I would think after going private the next step would be do a few deals ...more
