On page 5 of the nov30 nr it says the company issued approx 126,000,000 shares in march and april @ 0.025. Then the rollback of 5:1 in june. It was pre consolidation. That is still approx 25,000,000 ...more

If I'm not mistaking, from the Q3 financials it says a director was given shares at 0.025, so if it was him selling all this time (through 01) from 0.10 to where it is right now, he is still in ...more
