this is not. RE is valuable. Baker group likely plan to sell it all off a la Sears...the HBC shell can then be sold or closed. Small shareholders in the way and will be bought out. All imho.

You need to do your homework. The majority of the minority shareholders must vote in favour for the offer to pass...or are you just sowing confusion? All imho.
