Unfortunately, good or bad doesn't enter the equation on requirements to release news.  It is a regulatory requirement.  It makes any placement or trades by insiders suspect.  And ...more

Judson and I did agree on one thing...that the theoretical "release of assay info" would not have help our SP. But admittedly, investors would use that information to validate their position ...more
