Lou Maroun was Buying a various levels on Mar. 26/20 ($8.60 - $9.00). He was the CEO of the original SMU and a veteran in industrial real estate The total of the buys is ~50,000 units.

Went back down with everything else. Fear about who is still in business to pay the rent. CHP.UN seems to be the best. Loblaws is staying open and can pay the rent.

I thought SMU was a dud dropping down almost $2. But staged a come back and recovered almost all of it. Most other REITs are recovering half or s bit more or less.
