Frankiw - I agree with you. They did not get a great price ,no two ways about it, but given there lack of Liquidity they didn't really have many options outside of taking on more debt in the form ...more

What was the point in selling builing at 7.25% cap rate?

Sure it helps deleverage a bit but isnt it FFO/AFFO neutral at best, is the debt coming in higher than this? I dont think this sale is going to be any type of "catalyst" as our boy evan was ...more
