Yep...the index has been there for about a week.  Since fear is a stronger emotion than greed, the index usually spends less time in this category then it does at the opposite end (Extreme Greed) ...more

I see what you mean but ENS only trades about 30 to 40 thousand shares a day. Why not wait and sell them at a higher price?
