It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

The Tlicho are doing the WhaTi access road improvements, (which is an arm of the tlicho hiway) with a partner....probably underway now and like all gov work in tlicho territory, the gov must negotiate
