There should be no buyback. Period.

Cash is King. For them to give back 75 million now is asinine. How many oil companies would kill to have that money in their coffers right now. This stinks to high heaven.

Only 18,750,000 shares are being bought back. Most private equity want to be bought out. They are not usually long term players in the oil business. Don't put too much reliance on these opinions ...more

I dont think so, the company simply positioning herself for a rebound, and asking the major shareholders indirectly to redeem their dividend shares for cash, doing so the company will show better ...more

the big shareholders are willing to tender their shares to fill the bid but they will will the 17MM or so shares instead.  This puppy is going private.
