They are most likely a DECADE away from any production, ie; mining ore, and thats IF they even have a mine/reserves. SO much work to do and money to be spent, before they will have anything to sell ...more

Nonsense...you know not what you speak...Glencore loaned FCC $5M for the refinery, and will supply the cobalt from their DRC operations.  NO ONE is that deep into the refinery for costs.   ...more
