Reverse 10 to 1 stock split

Iteris has ~42M shares outstanding. Iteris market cap is ~$200M USD. QTRH has ~114M shares outstanding and its market cap is ~$125M USD Eqivalent QTRH would be ~C$2.30

DIYGuy, the CEO announcement is probably next up. The other possibility if the CEO chair is not complete soon, might be a major ETC contract win coupled with early guidance on Q3.
