Digging up info about Frost and the dirty dozen

Mixed feelings about this. Frost charged with Fraud. Opko has 9% ownership in NVCN. They were also found guilty and trading has been halted. This doesn't look good atm especially when NASDAQ is ...more

I have to agree @stonehouse97 This ticker has been held down for to long. When it takes off.. its going to feel like a pump and dump, but truly it will just be getting back to true value.
