I don't think it's anything complex with the share price heading north.  The stock has bottomed, they pay a 9% yield and it's a great entry point.

If I'm not mistaken, this company earned about $7 US per share last year and we're trading @ $2 less per share??  I used to think 10 x earnings was a fair price and this is trading at ...more
