Visited Company website and found this is not as advertised. It is not a pure industrial property trust as the name indicates. They also own several retail and office properties mainly in Quebec. I

Missed the bottom this morning but only bought a small position. Bond rates in Canada are actually down today. Waiting to see what the Bank of Canada does next month. US Fed has done the work for them

Kept the ones I have in non -reg since still on profit but shrinking. lets hope it will turn around soon. However looking at charts we are just 20 cents away from 52 weeks low ($9,34).

REIT business getting hurt
Well not easy with interest getting higher.......but NXR is my worst performer for REIT. Not sure why they are suffering that much versus SMU, PRV since a year or so.
