I built HR and RIOCAN to be my hugest positions during covid, but the truth is, they didnt really outperform any other reit, so Im just now trying to trim those positions during this liquidity crunch

PMZ SHORTS SHOULD BE VERY NERVOUS- HERE ME OUT

If you look at the chart this has gone from low $12's to $16+ and $14.86 in literally 2 weeks, on 2 occassions. That's a pretty big squeeze and 30% upside.    Likely will happen ...more

For their insanely low 28% debt level, not going to be much affeected by rates.  free cash flow for NCIB or debt, and continued earnings per share growth.  I think we will hit $14-15 again ...more
