Overhead is/was too high! They are not generating enough income as most of this time has been spent on R&D....my guess is that they are finally ready to make some cash...more contracts on the way ...more

I think your numbers are wrong, its more like this. Stock was issued at $6.00/share in September 2001 Highest ever trading price $7.20 in October 2001 Biggest ever trading day was in December 2016 ...more
