Hmmm, who could possibly have the financial capacity to do this? The top 5 operators in the oil sands have a combined $110B in free cash flow in 2022.  Should be enough, no?

Since oil sands  operators share technology through their industry association, one can imagine CNQ, Suncor,  and everal other big operators will eventually apply CVW technology.  That ...more

Anyone have any insight into the new CFO, or specifically what it means for CVW? Joshua Grant seems to have a quite reasonable and related background from what I can gather.

I can understand CNQs reluctance to move ahead though. I mean, how can you expect a company to move ahead with any new initiatives with only $11B in free cash flow?

Lassonde is involved in many mining companies, he's an unpaid advisor to CVW's CEO. He has invested in the company re stock. Look up Foran Mining or Farraday copper and see major shareholders. ...more
