If Repap is valued at same multiples that Champion was when it was taken out, 35c is not out of line. Repap is cheapest LWC producer in North America.

I've never known a stock to have too big of a float (or too little of one) to be manipulated. In fact, I believe that the more shares there are... the easier it is to manipulate. All the Best
