They are going to buy back 1.8MM shares which represents 10% of O/S shares. So from this I would expect to see 18MM shares O/S. However when I look at TMX to see shares O/S I see 23MM ...more

Its nice to see such a significant share buyback. The balance sheet is now pristine and debt free. Should equity be a part of any development deal, the share buyback will be very beneficial.
