CEO's allowed to buy as many shares on open market as he wants. If others are willing to sell, he can buy. If the company tanks, he loses it all, too, so it's not like there's no risk ...more

VendTek Systems loses $3.77-million in fiscal 2012

This is in the dog house now but it will rise from the fire. Too bad that it has taken so long but there is a good business here and Buchanan will work his heiney off to make it work.
