Production started at the end of January, once the PP was filled, just like the press release stated on January 26th.  Just because Total Wine & More purchase orders weren't fulfilled ...more

I don't have an issue with paying off the debt. The extra dilution is manageable I feel. And the dilution went mostly to the BOD who won't be selling anytime soon hopefully. The issue is Ted ...more

as for the debt, they diluted to pay it and cost us 3-4 weeks in closing the PP and actually producing and selling drinks. We could have been on time for Dry Feb. Another BS from Teddy and Ellison

The debt was converted into shares, the PP was oversubscribed by our Board of Directors & management. Beckett's was produced starting in January.  Please stop spreading ...more
